Is there a cost to add the settings to my mobile phone?
No, the settings are added to your mobile phone free of charge. Your are billed only when a file has been successfully downloaded.

If your phone is not yet configured for bmobile Buzz, text all to 8888 for automatic configuration of all services

Do I need an Internet connection to access bmobile Buzz?
No. WAP or Internet enabled mobile phones support downloading Internet content without the use of an Internet connection. You do need to subscribe to myPulse or Mobile Web

I am a bmobile prepaid customer, how am I billed for items I download?
The cost of items you download will be deducted from your current prepaid balance.

As a post-paid customer, how am I billed for items I download?
The cost of items you download will appear on your mobile bill.

What if the content I choose does not download when I request it?
If this happens, you will receive an error message on your mobile phone. Please call our Contact Centre for assistance.
