With Carryover minutes bmobile GSM postpaid customers can carry forward any unused package minutes to the next billing cycle. Thereby offering more minutes, and greater value!
Carryover is available to all GSM customers on a monthly-postpaid plan/package. This includes:
- Residential plans - bSmart, bBold, bSharp, bConnected
- Corporate plans - bBiz Sapphire, bBiz Bronze, bBiz Silver, bBiz Gold, bBiz Platinum, bBiz Platinum+/Titanium, bBiz Diamond, bBiz 30,000, bBiz 60,000.
- Carryover minutes can be carried over for one month ONLY, and expire at the end of that month. Therefore all carried over minutes must be used within the following billing cycle.
- When minutes are carried over, these minutes will always be used before the current month’s (inclusive) package minutes.
How does Carryover work?:
A customer on bSmart uses 100 minutes of his 175 minutes in May, leaving 75 minutes. Those minutes are carried over to June as Carryover Minutes; the customer now has 75 Carryover Minutes, plus the regular 175 package minutes, giving a total of 250 minutes.
In June, the system will first allocate any usage to the 75 Carryover minutes from May and then it will progress to the 175 package minutes for June.
Conditions of Services:
- As a bmobile Postpaid Customer who subscribes to either the bSmart, bBold, bSharp, bConnected packages or any bBiz plans you can Carryover any unused minutes in your mobile plan into the next month, giving you even more value. You don't have to do anything as your unused minutes are automatically carried over into the next month and will be shown clearly on your bill as "Carryover minutes".
- Carryover minutes apply to voice calls ONLY
- In each month, your Carryover minutes are utilized before the month inclusive rates on your plan. The maximum amount that will be carried over in each month is limited to the amount of unused minutes included in your package and shall not exceed the monthly minutes in your package. e.g. if you subscribe to the bSmart plan, then the maximum monthly Carryover minutes is 175 minutes.
- Carryover minutes can be carried forward for one (1) month only. Unused Carryover minutes automatically expire at the end of the month to which such minutes are carried over.
- Carryover minutes are not available to bFree/Pay As You Go customers, or customers who subscribe to any plan which does not have monthly inclusive minutes.
- Carryover minutes do not apply to TDMA post-paid plans or the bCool plan.
- Carryover minutes are not redeemable for cash or credit and are not transferrable between persons or accounts.
