bMobile Postpaid Mobile
Once you have selected a new bMobile plan,
you will receive a monthly bill from Cable & Wireless.
Bills are mailed the first week of each month and payment
is due 20 days from the date of the invoice. You may
pay your bills at any Cable & Wireless location,
bank of Nova Scotia, Barbados National Bank, Cave Shepherd,
Broad Street of Courts (Barbados) Limited Oistins. Or
you can choose convenient direct debit payments. Whereby
your bill total will be deducted from your bank account
EACH MONTH.
bFree Prepaid Mobile
bFree is our prepaid mobile service. Once you have your
phone activated, simply buy a bFree Card to add talktime
to your account. Every time you make or receive a call,
the charge is deducted from that balance. Get bFree
Cards from any Cable & Wireless store or authorised
agent.

Adding credit:
To add time to your account, scratch the panel on the
back of the bFree Card to show the number.
- Dial *CARE (*2273), and press the SEND key.
- Follow voice prompts to enter the card number.
Now you're ready to use your phone. Make and receive
calls up to the value of your bFree Card. Any remaining
credit from previous cards still valid will be added
to your account balance.
Checking your balance:
- Dial *CARE (*2273), press CALL or the SEND key, and
follow the voice prompts. This is a free call. As
long as you have credit on your bFree account, you
can continue to make and receive calls.
- You won’t be able to do so if your account
has a zero balance, if you have fallen below the minimum
amount to make a local call, or if the valid period
of the last bFree card has expired.
Keeping bFree account active:
- Keep your bFree account active by adding talk time
with a new bFree Card before your account expires.
- You can recover expired credit if you add bfree
talk time within 15 days of account expiration.
- If you don't add talk time to your bFree account
for 60 days, your services will be permanently disconnected.
We will remind you by text message seven days before
disconnection. Once disconnected, you must buy a bFree
startup kit and activate a new service.
