How often am I billed for my mobile service?

After your service is activated you will be billed at the end of every month. GSM mobile bills are generated on the last day of the month.

When is my mobile bill due?

Bills are mailed within the first week of each month and payment is due within 20 days of the invoice date. That is usually between the 17th and 20th of the month.

Where can I pay my mobile bill?

Mobile bills may be paid at any Cable & Wireless office, or at any one the following convenient locations: Bank of Nova Scotia – Broad Street, Black Rock, Holetown, Haggatt Hall, Independence Square, Warrens, Wildey and Worthing Barbados National Bank – Broad Street, Fairchild Street, Wildey and Speightstown Cave Shepherd – 2nd Floor, Broad Street Sure Pay – Trimart Haggatt Hall, Trimart Rendezvous and Harvest Mart Oistins Post Offices – islandwide You can make your payments with cash, cheque, credit card (VISA, Mastercard), Debit Card, or Magna vouchers. Direct Debit facilities are also available.

What are your business hours?

Our corporate offices are opened Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Our Customer Service locations and retail stores are opened as Monday to Saturday during the following hours:

  • Quayside Centre - 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Cashiers close at 5:30 p.m.
  • Cave Shepherd, Broad Street - 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday to Thursday; until 6:30 p.m. on Friday; and until 4:00 p.m. on Saturday.
  • Warrens, Dacosta Mannnings 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
  • Speightstown - 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Cashiers close at 3:30 p.m.
  • Carlisle House - 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Cashiers close at 3:30 p.m.
  • Windsor Lodge - 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Cashiers close at 3:30 p.m.
  • Wildey - 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Cashiers close at 3:30 p.m.
