Zero Balance
Note you will not be able to make or receive calls while roaming when your balance reaches "$0.00" (or below the minimum amount to receive an incoming call). However with a zero ($0.00) balance, you will still be able to access our balance inquiry feature, or top-up your account. To do this you can simply dial *2273.
Voicemail
To access voicemail use your regular 10-digit mobile number followed by the asterisk (*) at the voice prompt. For example dial
+1 246 231-0000; then press* at the start of the recording.
Please note: This will be billed as a voice call to Barbados.
